The National Testing Agency (NTA) is inviting online applications for NEET (UG) 2026. This single‑window exam decides admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, etc.) and B.Sc. Nursing courses in all medical colleges of India. The test will be held on 3 May 2026, lasts 180 minutes. Candidates must apply between 8 Feb and 8 Mar 2026 and pay the fee online.

The NEET (UG) 2026 syllabus follows NCERT Class 11‑12 textbooks. It includes:
- Physics: Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Waves, Optics, Modern Physics, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetism, etc.
- Chemistry: Physical Chemistry (Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding, Thermodynamics), Organic Chemistry (Hydrocarbons, Functional Groups, Biomolecules), Inorganic Chemistry (Periodic Table, Chemical Bonding, Coordination Compounds).
- Biology: Botany (Cell Structure, Genetics, Plant Physiology, Ecology) and Zoology (Human Physiology, Genetics, Evolution, Ecology).
1. Check eligibility and register online on the NTA portal.
2. Pay the application fee and submit the form.
3. Download the admit card once released.
4. Appear for the NEET (UG) exam on 3 May 2026.
5. Results are declared on the NTA website.
6. Participate in All India counselling (MCC) and state counselling based on rank and preferences.
7. Secure seat allocation for MBBS/BDS/AYUSH/B.Sc. Nursing courses.
8. Complete document verification and medical fitness before admission.
Successful candidates become undergraduate medical or health‑science students. They will study subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, and Clinical Medicine. After completing the degree, they can work as doctors, dentists, AYUSH practitioners, or nurses in hospitals, clinics, research labs, or public health institutions.
• Only one online application per candidate is allowed.
• Upload a recent passport‑size photograph, address proof, and scanned signature.
• Ensure the email address and mobile number entered are active; all communications will be sent there.
• Follow the Information Bulletin strictly; any deviation may lead to disqualification.
• Fee payment must be completed before 08 Mar 2026 11:50 PM.
• Admit card and result dates will be announced on the NTA website.
1. Visit https://neet.nta.nic.in and click on “Registration for NEET(UG)-2026”.
2. Register with a valid email and mobile number to receive a login ID.
3. Fill in personal, academic, and category details.
4. Upload the required scanned documents.
5. Pay the application fee through Credit/Debit Card, Net‑Banking or UPI.
6. Review the application and submit.
7. Note the application number for future reference.
8. Keep a copy of the payment receipt for verification.
