During the training period, the selected candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 27,500 per month. Upon regularization, the salary package will include the basic pay, dearness allowance, perquisites and allowances as per cafeteria approach, performance-related pay, company quarters or house rent allowance (HRA), reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile, laptop, provident fund, gratuity, pension & leave encashment, group insurance, group personal accident insurance, etc.
