These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the StudTools Android app. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
StudTools is a collection of practical utilities for students (for example: PDF tools, focus and habit tracking, notes, formal photo capture, calculators, and related features). The exact tools available may change over time as we improve the App. You do not need to create an account to use StudTools.
The App provides general-purpose tools and information for convenience only. Nothing in the App is legal, financial, medical, or career advice. You are responsible for how you use outputs (for example, calculations or documents) and for complying with applicable laws, exam rules, and third-party terms when you share or submit files elsewhere.
You agree not to:
The App, its name, branding, and content we provide are owned by StudTools or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the playstore from which you obtained it.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudTools and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the App.
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and/or in-app notices where appropriate. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
