RCF Railway Coach Factory Apprentice Recruitment 2025 under Apprentice Act 1961


The Railway Coach Factory (RCF) of Indian Railways has released the Apprentice Recruitment 2025 notification. A total of 550 apprentice posts are available across various technical trades such as Fitter, Turner, Welder, Electrician, Machinist, Painter, Sheet Metal Worker and Carpenter. The recruitment aims to select young candidates who will undergo a two‑year apprenticeship training program at the RCF, located in Kapurthala, Punjab. The training period includes classroom sessions, hands‑on workshop practice and on‑the‑job learning under experienced supervisors. Successful apprentices receive a monthly stipend and, after completing the training, may be considered for appointment as Junior Engineers or other suitable positions within Indian Railways.
