1. Written Examination – candidates are evaluated based on the marks obtained in the online test.
2. Document Verification – candidates who qualify in the written exam must appear for verification of educational certificates, age proof, caste/domicile certificates, and other required documents.
3. Interview (if applicable) – a personal interview may be conducted to assess the candidate’s communication skills and suitability for the training officer role.
4. Final Merit List – the final selection is based on the combined score of the written exam and interview (if any), after document verification.
An ITI Training Officer is responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training to students in a specific trade at an Industrial Training Institute. Duties include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom and workshop sessions, evaluating student performance, maintaining training equipment, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with industry partners for on‑the‑job training. The officer also assists in curriculum development, maintains records of attendance and progress, and participates in departmental meetings and workshops.

6. Review the entered information on the preview page and confirm submission.
7. After successful submission, download and print the confirmation page for future reference.
8. If any mistake is found, use the online correction facility before 5 February 2026.
